In an open letter tittle ”stop this trash” to the entire Christians in Adamawa state, an indigene of the state basing in the United Kingdom, Dr Jacob Abddalla released an outburst piece spitting fire on those fanning embers of lies against Bishop Dami Steven Mamza.
In the letter Abddalla waned on the matter some christian fellows alleged that the revered Catholic Bishop of Yola Diocese who is doubling in as the state CAN chairman has secretly collected millions of Naira to support political candidates.
According to him:” The recent allegations against Bishop Mamza that he secretly collected more than N50m to support some political candidates is not only cantankerous but an absolute trash; the consequences is that it can throw the accusers into a doldrums or spiritual tailspin.”
In an imaginary state he asked rhetorics questions that may not likely have answers.
“How did Bishop collect this money? In secret? So who leaked it? Bishop Mamza? I have listened to national officers of CAN and they find it laughable themselves. But here we are in Adamawa State, being so gullible to the extent that some are plotting rebellion and to cause division among brethren. It borders on criminal intent to seek such attention” He said
To this effect Abddalla spite fire and rain curses warning those Christians speaking evil on the anointed Man of God.
He said “Bishop Dami Mamza is our spiritual father. To expose his nakedness is a curse and to further expose his nakedness based on lies can cause generational curse. If rebellion is the intention then remember that beautiful long hair will hang Absolom.”
He continue to say that “the hands that write nonsense will be leprose and will never reach the promised land. Whatever material power one has, it has the capacity to fly right into their face. Such a person will be a byword among the brethren. It is spiritually corrosive and the punishments we hear of in the Bible are here with us today.”
He called on Adamawa Christians to see Dami as the De facto spiritual Governor of all Christians in the state considering him to have enormous Grace to own the spiritual abilities that can even control the physical.
“I do not normally write in defence of individuals, but having realised that for every nation and in our case State, the Bible talks about physical powers (politicians ) and spiritual powers (prophets ). Where the children of God know their steel they determine the physical by the spiritual. My concern tonight is about Bishop Dami Mamza, our CAN chairman. I do not speak about him in respect of theology and doctrine but the awesome responsibility that God has placed upon his shoulders to shepherd and protect all Christians in Adamawa State.
” He is the de facto spiritual Governor of Adamawa State, even if you think that you are more anointed than him. The oil of assignment poured out upon his head has turned him into a prophet with a mandate to determine the course of the physical government in Adamawa State.
His responsibility is to take the cries of Adamawa Christians to God and to hear what God has to say about Adamawa Christians. So in that office, he is not a Catholic Bishop but a prophet assigned for this period of our spiritual journey.” He Warned
In his concluded letter he prayed for a hitch free coming YOWICAN election in the state and advice all candidates to please not lie or falsify their age to contest.
“The National body is explicit about this. 37 years is the ceiling. So they told me. If one decides to go against the rules of engagement, let it be known today that such a person will not win. If they play the devil then God will bring them down.
I speak today for Bishop Mamza as I speak for all our spiritual parents.” He concluded
