MRDD Vs INEC:I head to appeal court for justice to prevail-Eric Dollar

An Adamawa High court Judgment that dashed down the hope of Rev Eric Theman, gubernatorial candidate of Movement for the Restoration and Defence of Democracy (MRDD) party by Justice Abdulaziz Waziri head to court of appeal to seek for redress.

Theman wants a fresh Governorship election to be conducted in Adamawa for Independent national electoral commission,INEC,failure to include the logo of his party in the March 9th governorship elections ballot paper in the state.

Justice Waziri strike out the case for lack of substantial evidence with a window opening to go to court of appeal within 90 days if MRDD and his candidate are not satisfied with the judgment.

Theman who is better known as Eric Dollar yesterday confided on our reporter that, him and his party have finished all arrangements to head to court of appeal for justice to prevail.

“I’m telling you in this struggle no retreat,no surrender justice must prevail over injustice and democracy must stand to grow using my case as a support walking stick.” Eric said

You could recall that the Adamawa High court strike out the case instituted by Eric for lack of evidence to prove either he is a real gubernatorial candidate of MRDD.

In confidence Dollar opined that he has all the evidences,the proves and all what it takes to present to appeal court of his real candidature of MRDD for justice to prevail

“My stand and my struggle remain the same,let INEC conduct a fresh governorship election including the logo of my party in Adamawa state.” He added
