
The District head of Ribadu in Fofure Local Government area of Adamawa State, Alhaji Abubakar Aliyu has donated five thousand hectares of Land to National Agriculture Land and development authority.
The National Executive Secretary of NALDA, Prince Paul Okone said he was at the palace of the District in Fofure to intimate him on the mission,vision and what NALDA is all about.
Okone revealed that the visit is to kick start the program and project in the state, it’s not a campaign thing, it is to make Agriculture what is expected to be.
“I want to thank you for providing a five thousand hectares of Land for the purpose of cultivating it by farmers in the country, a program initiated by President Muhammadu Buhari to boost agriculture and empower farmers.” Paul said
Paul while thanking the Fofure local government chairman, Hon Musa Jauro Umaru for teaming up with the District to help NALDA achieve its mission in the state. He said Buhari means Business in producing all the food stuffs Nigerians to consume.
In his early submission, the District head of Fofure, Aliyu appreciated President Buhari for brining out such a laudable project to the overall benefit of Nigeria.
“For Ribadu to be picked up for this great assignment it is indeed something to appreciate Mr President and the National director, and I assure you that we will give you all the support and more lands can still be provided for this project because we have the arable land to cultivate all kind of food for our nation.” Aliyu said
