Rt Hon. Abdulrazak Sa’ad Namdas has renewed hope and strengthened confidence among his supporters by distributing generous cash donations and reaffirming his unwavering loyalty to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The former lawmaker made the gesture during a well-attended meeting with members of his long-standing political support group, the G20, in Yola.
Addressing the gathering, Namdas expressed profound gratitude for the group’s steadfast loyalty and reiterated his tradition of giving back to the communities he represents.
He recalled that throughout his eight-year tenure as a federal lawmaker, he never allowed any festive period — Sallah or Christmas — to pass without distributing food items and relief materials to party members, religious leaders, and community groups.
“Since I joined this party, there has never been a festive season that I did not share with the people,” he said.
“Even after my appointment to the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), where I have served for nearly three years, I have continued this tradition of supporting my people.”
Namdas attributed his political success to the unflinching support of the people of Ganye, Jada, Mayo Belwa, and Toungo, who have stood by him throughout his journey.
“The only reason I have reached this level in life is the support and belief of my people,” he stated. “This token I am giving today is a small sign of my gratitude and appreciation.”
He announced a ₦200,000 cash donation to each invited representative from the four local government areas, emphasizing that the gesture was not politically motivated but purely an act of appreciation.
Namdas also highlighted his role in the current administration, noting that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu appointed him and other prominent Adamawa politicians shortly after assuming office.
The former NDDC North-East Zonal Representative stressed that the Commission’s current operations align with the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which prioritizes the welfare of vulnerable citizens.
“The Renewed Hope Agenda makes it clear that everything we do must benefit the poor. That is why I continue to give back to my people,” he added.
Namdas commended the National Security Adviser and APC leader in Adamawa State, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, for his resilience and commitment to strengthening the party, particularly during the recent Ganye re-run election, where Ribadu played a key strategic role.
He equally acknowledged the sacrifices of other APC leaders, including Prof. Salihu Mustafa, APC North-East Vice Chairman, who reportedly donates ₦1 million monthly to party operations; Wakili Boya; Jafar; Baba Zango; and several House of Assembly members who use personal resources to support party activities.
According to Namdas, these acts of personal sacrifice inspired him to extend similar support to the grassroots.
Dismissing widespread speculation, Namdas firmly denied any plan to leave the APC.
“There is no party after this for me,” he declared. “This is the party where I started and built my political career. I remain fully committed, and the APC has already endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the 2027 presidential election.”
Party officials further revealed that Namdas once rejected a governorship offer from another party, describing the decision as proof of his loyalty and leadership integrity.
Speaking on behalf of the G20, its Secretary, Engr. Nuruddeen Hammanyero, praised Namdas for his consistent community outreach and pledged continued promotion of the APC’s Renewed Hope Agenda across the state.
Similarly, Barr. Idris Shu’aibu, represented by the APC Zonal Vice Chairman, Alhaji Isa Bagalchi, commended Namdas’ long-standing commitment to the party and urged citizens to remain loyal to leaders who have stood by them from the beginning.
Beneficiaries of the ₦200,000 token expressed profound gratitude, describing Namdas as one of the few political leaders who maintains close contact with the grassroots even outside election periods. They pledged unwavering support for him and the APC.
TGNews confirmed that all funds distributed during the meeting were personally provided by Rt Hon. Namdas, further cementing his reputation as a grassroots politician with a deep culture of giving.
