Ndanusa is the new Taraba NSCDC Boss

Taraba state Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC says as part of effort to ensure safety of lives and property of the public as well as peaceful fourth coming general election, it had established new six outposts in three local government areas of the state.

The outgoing Commandant of the Corps Alhaji Kamilu Ado who disclosed this the official handing over at the Command’s state Headequarters said, the local governments includes Jalingo, Gassol and Bali local government areas of the state.

He explained that the Command had already trained over two four hundred officers and men on weapon handling ahead of the fourthcoming general election in the state.

Kamilu pointed out that in the last three years of his stewership in the state, the Command had achieved alot interms of curbing crimes and infrastructural development comprising construction of provost office, guardroom, suspects cell for male and female, both sex gents and extension of administrative block, as well as fencing of armory and building the office of armourer among others.

The outgoing Commandant however noted that, since he assumed office in may 2015 they have been working in synergy with other security agencies which led to curbing the menace of insecurity to the bearest minimum across the state.

Alhaji Kamilu Ado who has been transferred to Adamawa state as the new NSCDC Commandant handed over to Malam Aliyu Musa Ndanusa who will serve in Taraba state.

High points of the event including distribution of ten motorcycles to the NSCDC state divisional offices, decoration of promoted officers as well as presentation of outstanding awards to fifteen officers and men.
