New Mbula Traditional ruler emerges, Gov Fintiri announces Biyapo as the new Murum

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has approved the selection of Bwaltam Bentley Biyapo as the New Murum Mbula.
Bwaltam Biyapo succeeds Murum Joram Joel Fwa OON who died on May 17th 2021 after reigning for 26 years.

until his appointment as the New Mbula Monarch, Biyapo was a Route Commander with the Road Safety Commission. Biyapo was among the four front runners who contested in the selection process from the Muzong Clan of the Mbula Traditional Council.

Born on 17th September, 1975, Bwaltam Bentley Biyapo studied Agricultural Economics at the Modibbo Adama University Yola. He holds a Masters degree in Agriculture and Rural Sociology.
