Ngas Community Commends Governor Bala for Appointing Professor Ketkukah as Commissioner

The Ngas Development Association and Traditional Council, Bauchi State, on Friday, thanked the state Governor, Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir, for appointing their son, Professor Titus Saul Ketkukah, as Commissioner for Works and Transport.

The entire Ngas community must thank the governor, Senator Bala, because all the past Bauchi state governors did not consider them for any political appointments

This was contained in a press release signed by the chairman of the association, Nde Dimfwina Tongshinen, and Mr. Thomas Lapnen Hezekiah, as Publicity Secretary, which stated that their happiness is complete.

Nde Tongshinen said that the entire Ngas community must thank the governor, Senator Bala, because all the past Bauchi state governors did not consider them for any political appointments. He said that the newly appointed Commissioner for Works and Transport, Professor Titus Saul Ketkukah, is the only person to have received a political appointment from the Ngas community since the establishment of the Tapshin community in Tafawa-Balewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State.

The press statement read, “On behalf of the entire Ngas community in Bauchi State, the Ngas Development Association (NDA), Bauchi Chapter, and the Ngas Traditional Council, we write to express our profound gratitude to Your Excellency for appointing our distinguished son, Prof. Engr. Titus S. Ketkukah, as the Commissioner for Works and Housing.”
