The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 49 new cases of COVID-19.
The Centre on Saturday announced new cases that raised the number to 542.
Lagos State recorded 23 new cases while Kano recorded 12 cases. 10 cases were recorded in Kano, 2 were recorded in Ogun while a case was recorded each in Oyo and Ekiti states.

A total of 166 patients have been discharged with 19 deaths already recorded.
Lagos has the highest number of recorded cases with 306. Nigeria currently has 357 active cases.
