The Former Director general of the Nigerian Law school Abuja, Prof Tahir Mamman Said no government or individual that is above the rule of Law.
The Professor of law inferred that both the government and the governs are under the guiding principles of law.

Tahir who is a Senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN) said this during the popular Kakaki Television Program of AIT today (Tuesday) as a guest and a personality with the requisite knowledge discussed on a topic:” Adminstration of criminal Justice: Rule of Law vs National security.”
He revealed that rule of law is a national issues that everyone’s hand must be on desk to make it workable, and government can not effectively do well without the support of Nigeria populace.

He said primarily the rule of Law is a set of values and position to govern every system, society and individuals.
He revealed that corrupt individuals are ironical using the rule of law to protect what is wrong and their interest that is against the given laws of the Land (Nigeria)
According to him if the rule of law is taking its full place,nobody can steal public money,it entails one breaking so many laws or legal system to steal
”There is no single kobo of government that’s not protected by Law,when people steal much money,they invoke themselves with the unnecessary rule of law to protect everyone’s corrupt acts.” He Said
Mamman said this at the background of President Muhammadu Buhari satement recently where he stated that the rule of law must be subject to national interest.
Tahir who is currently the Vice Chancellor (VC) of Baze university Abuja extolled the efforts of President Muhammadu Buhari for bringing a lot changes despite diverse challenges as regard the legal system being obtained in the country.
The hopeful senator for the people of Adamawa Northern senatorial zone Said if Nigerians can get it right by following the rule of Law, it will coerce into national security and More than half of the country problem on corruption will be solved.
