The North East Youth Ambassadors, a non-governmental organization, has called on affluent public officers and civil servants at both state and federal levels to emulate Dr. Bala Wunti’s exemplary humanitarian gestures in Bauchi state.
Speaking to journalists on Friday, Comrade Haruna Usman Muhammad, the group’s zonal chairman, said, “We urge all indigenes of Bauchi state holding appointive offices to follow Dr. Bala Wunti’s lead in his selfless service to the people.”
Bala Wunti’s efforts in educating children in Bauchi, across Nigeria, and even abroad, as well as his various initiatives to improve people’s livelihoods
Muhammad praised Bala Wunti, a non-politician, for his kindness and generosity, particularly during Ramadan and festive periods, when he provides essential necessities to the people. He also noted Bala Wunti’s efforts in educating children in Bauchi, across Nigeria, and even abroad, as well as his various initiatives to improve people’s livelihoods.
Recently, Bala Wunti distributed trailer loads of rice and fertilizer to people across Bauchi state. He is also constructing a health center in Bauchi and previously built a state-of-the-art mosque in the Northeast. Additionally, he has been footing medical bills for numerous individuals in Bauchi.
Despite having many wealthy individuals in Bauchi state, few have followed Bala Wunti’s example in assisting the less privileged
Muhammad emphasized that Bala Wunti’s humility and reluctance for publicity only underscore the sincerity of his humanitarian work. He lamented that despite having many wealthy individuals in Bauchi state, few have followed Bala Wunti’s example in assisting the less privileged.
The North East Youth Ambassadors hope that by highlighting Bala Wunti’s good deeds, others will be inspired to emulate his selfless contributions to society.
God bless adamawa youth
