The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Adamawa State Command has intensified its preparations to guarantee a peaceful and joyous festive season for all citizens across the state. With the deployment of 1600 personnel, the Command is committed to protecting critical national assets, infrastructure, and public spaces, including event centers, markets, and places of worship.
Under the leadership of State Commandant ID Bande, the Command has implemented strategic measures across all 21 Local Government Areas (LGAs) to foster a secure environment. This includes working closely with sister security agencies to strengthen the state’s overall security framework through intelligence sharing, coordinated patrols, and rapid response mechanisms.

Commandant Bande has assured residents of the Corps’ commitment to their safety before, during, and after the festive period. He urged citizens to remain vigilant, cooperate with security personnel, and report any suspicious activity to the authorities.
The NSCDC’s mission to ensure peace and order during the yuletide season aligns with its overall mandate to deploy strategies that improve national security using advanced technology and well-trained manpower. As the Adamawa State Command remains resolute in its mission, citizens can celebrate the festive season with dignity and pride, knowing their safety and security are guaranteed.
