Nuhu/Binani: Appeal Court to deliver judgment tomorrow on Adamawa APC Guber primaries

A bailiff working with the court of Appeal in Yola who simply said his name is Barrister Isiaka has confirmed to this medium that in the case between Nuhu Ribadu, Sen Aisha Ahmed Dahiru Binani, and the All Progressives Congress, APC, the judgment will be delivered tomorrow, 24th November 2022.

Recall that both Nuhu and Binani were participants in the last APC gubernatorial primaries that produced Senator Binani as the winner, later challenged in court cases over primary election irregularities.

This is a much-anticipated judgment by many people of Adamawa state on whether APC will have a gubernatorial candidate or not based on the ruling delivered by Justice Abdulaziz M Z Anka of the Federal High Court in Yola.

Anka ruled that Binani the supposed winner of the Adamawa APC party should stop parading herself as the party’s candidate because over-voting two votes have invalidated the entire process.

A judgment that both Binani, Nuhu, and APC have appealed.
