NUJ Adamawa State Chapter Tastes Fintiri’s Goodies as Secretariat Gets Solar-Powered Borehole

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Adamawa State Chapter has been blessed with a life-changing project, courtesy of the visionary leadership of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri. The secretariat of the union has been equipped with a solar-powered borehole, a gesture that has been hailed as a testament to the governor’s commitment to the welfare of journalists in the state.

Governor Fintiri, a leader with a passion for the development of his people, has once again demonstrated his appreciation for the role of journalists in society. The solar-powered borehole, which has a capacity to supply 20,000 cubic meters of water daily, is a significant improvement to the secretariat’s infrastructure. The Chairman of the NUJ in Adamawa State, Comrade Ishaka Donald Dedan, was full of praise for Governor Fintiri, describing him as a leader who has always put the needs of his people first. “We are grateful to Governor Fintiri for this wonderful gesture,” Dedan said. “He has shown that he is a leader who cares about the welfare of journalists, and we appreciate his kindness.”

The Secretary of the NUJ, Comrade Fidelis Jockthan, also commended Governor Fintiri for his vision and leadership. “Governor Fintiri is a leader who has a clear vision for the development of Adamawa State,” Jockthan said. “He has shown that he is committed to the growth and prosperity of our state, and we are grateful for his leadership.”

The commissioning of the solar-powered borehole is scheduled to take place soon, and it is expected to be attended by Governor Fintiri and other top government officials.
