The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ Adamawa state Council has felicitated with the Executive Governor of Adamawa state, Rt.Hon.Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri over his overwhelming victory at the Supreme Court victory.
The Apex Court ruling is a confirmation of the perfect will of God and the irrebuttable choice of the people of Adamawa state.
The victory reinforces the confidence people of the state and of course, Nigerians have in the judiciary.
The NUJ viewed the cheering News as another step towards the advancement of democracy and an opportunity to further consolidate the gains of democracy.
Unarguably, Competent, accountable, and all-inclusive leadership is the model that citizens are clamoring for the world over and Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has championed the course in earnest.
Therefore the union called on the opposition and good citizens of Adamawa state irrespective of party, religious, and cultural backgrounds to support the winning Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for a flourishing democracy.
