NVBF President, Engr Musa, YSFON organize Football competition for Adamawa Youth

Sports enthusiasts and President of Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF), Engineer Musa Nimrod organized a football competition for Adamawa Youth.

Nimrod sponsored the competition for the 5th time in his efforts to awake the giant of sport lying fallow in the Youth of Adamawa State, especially those in Hong Local Government area council of the state.

The tournament which is set to bring the U-20 Football players cutting across the eleven wards in the local government to bring the best talents in the area of football.

Nimrod who has been at the forefront of grassroots sports development across the country has concluded plans to host the event that will unite the Youth and the entire people of Hong local government.

Tgnews gathered that the Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria (YSFON), Adamawa State Chapter partnered with Nimrod in organizing the competition which will feature the best teams from each of the wards.

The competition will be holding simultaneously at the College of Education and Government Secondary School football field in Hong.

The championship which promises to thrill football lovers and spectators, will be held between January 15 to 19, 2024.

The general public are therefore, invited to watch the entertaining matches billed for play from 10am to 6pm daily.
