President of Northern Vanguard for Youth Development (NVYD), Dr. Sheriff Al-amin Hakeem has congratulated his South-South counterpart, Mr Elvis Obas Akpobi for bagging a prestigious award Policy Strategy and Leadership Course (PSLC) award.

National Institute for Policy and Strategy Studies (NIPSS), Kuru Jos an apex Policy institute has awarded Elvis who is the current Senior Special Adviser (SSA) to Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. (Chief) Sheriff F. O. Oborevwori on Youth Mentoring and Development.

Hakeem celebrated Elvis for going through the four-week course after rigorous and intense policy, leadership, and strategy modules coaching, equipping himself with modern leadership skills.

The Northern Youth leader extolled Elvis as a Promising Young Nigerian who has what it takes to serve this great country in good measures.

He urged Elvis to be a very good Ambassador of the national institute by making and creating a good image while bearing the institute’s emblem.

Elvis who is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Not Too Young to Lead initiative is a passionate Nigerian Young leader, moving with a quest to model and mentor Youth to step up and dare to take the leadership lead.

Elvis believes that it’s a time for Nigerian Youths to be on the front burner of leadership responsibilities because the wind is blowing across the world.

The NIPSS Participant has dedicated the PSLC certificate awarded to him to his Boss, Dr. Hilary Obi Ibegbulem who has benefited from his Humanitarian gesture in so many ways.

Elvis said Dr Hilary has done well for the Youth of Delta State while he was the Principal Secretary to the Delta state Government that need to be celebrated at all times.

“I dedicated my PSLC certificate to the immediate Principal Secretary to my dear State, a Man with a burning spirit of serving humanity,” Elvis Said
