The Northerners who had massively voted for President Buhari in 2015 and again in 2019, are the worse treated by the Marxists’ student who tasted the sweetness of power, through the military guns in the past, and now via hyperbolic meme of Marxists’ intergrity which seems to be wrongly understood by the poor Northerners (Talakawa) as an integrity that is preached or exemplified by our various religious faith, scriptures and or prophetic personalities.
What you are about to read is my recent comments on the topic initiated by an #Adamawa based Buharists, who as usual, indicated that even by obvious failures (on the grounds of both constitutional and campaign promises of PMB) to safeguard the lives and properties of Nigerians, particularly, Northerners, which was the same failures that led to ousting of the failed regime of Goodluck Jonathan’s administration in 2015. With these glaring incapacity and failures, yet Buharists want us to be shamelessly indifferent, and continue to see the incapacitated C-in-C – President Buhari as the “Better Option” when he contested against H.E. VP Atiku Abubakar and others in 2019 presidential election.
I totally, disagree with that blind followership. And here is why (my factual comments in this regard).

Yes, your Excellency “Better Option” is a good criteria for chosing the right leader amongst contenders in a democratic setting.
Thus, in 2015, PMB vs GEJ – based on obvious leadership failures of GEJ – PMB was the Better Option then, and our votes in his favour were justifiable.
But in 2019, PMB Vs Wazirin Adamawa, by all leadership criteria in a contemporary World, HE VP Atiku Abubakar, Wazirin Adamawa was the “Better Option” – if not the best option, even going by former President & Atiku’s Boss, H.E. Chief Dr Obasanjo’s well informed judgement!
See?!
So the reality is that we had wasted our votes on PMB in 2019. And INEC too, had also wasted large amount of public resources to help in rigging the election in favour of overrated “mr integrity”.
As truely humans with intellect and humanity at heart, we should be regretful and remorseful about that blunder of electing a leader based on hyperbolic and deceptive meme of fake integrity, when in reality, almost everyone around “mr integrity” are highly corrupted and or compromised.
We do not need a delegate-and-goto-sleep C-in-C in #Nigeria.
What we need is a shepherd leader who is a goal getter, who had knowledge, skills and experience hiring level 5 leaders and managers, running systems of human family, community, governance and a top rated entrepreneur building modern businesses, who stand in sharp contrast with a person who is less educated and cannot even effectively manage a single herd of cows in Daura, assuming he is lucky the Bandits had not rustled away the seeming malnurished cows.
#Leadership is beyound flaunting a fake “holier than thou” card that we often see in the Marxists’ influenced attitude of PMB which somehow made killing human beings not an abomination in the Marxists realm of life as history had clearly recorded.
And this insensitivity, injustice and inhumanity of allowing innocent citizens people to be killed continuously by a known group of criminals could tell why the insecurity in Arewa and in Nigeria as a whole is prevailing unabated and the President doesn’t give a hut about it – as he so much care about his personal health, safety and security even at the age of over 70 years. This is not the attitude of a shepherd leader that Nigeria needs.
And Buharists want us to join their insensitivity wagon to say that is OK the contractor had tried when we didnt hired him to try but to deliver on his constitutional mandates and campaign promises as the C-in-C ? Haba Jama’a.
Where is our moral compass gone to – when it should always be true to the North pole (truth), no matter the storm?!
Do we recall the shepherd or strategic reactions and actions of Wazirin Adamawa when boko haram captured #Mubi LGA during GEJ regime?
Now, that was shepherd leadership inbuilt in Waziri, and even if that can be skewdly argued, as being achieved successfully for the sake of safeguarding his people’s oriented investments (Gotel TV/ABTI American University etc), and not for protecting the people of Adamawa, Northeast and Nigeria in general, for the sake of reasoning, we can still ask: who are the greatest benefactors of such investments that will outlived the over 70 years Waziri? The most important point here is at least, Waziri had stood his ground and had helped immensely in rolling out of Mubi, the dreaded insurgent/renagade boko haram – thus, prevented them from advancing to capture Jimeta/ Yola and other states in the Northeast, and retrospectively, averting the untold disasters that would have occurred been at that time. Thank God Almighty and thanks to Waziri’s shepherd leadership and love for his people and their well being. This is a guy that was not holding a public office at that time.
Comparatively, or rather contrastingly, here is PMB, an old Army general and now C-in-C again for a 3rd time in office as military head of state and as a democratic President, yet he can not even protect his own people in #Katsina state from common ragtag criminal bandits, killing Nigerians citizens almost on a daily basis. And you start to wonder if this guy is truely a Nigerian as been speculated, just like his shuwa Arab late CoS? His attitute towards the #Talaka who were seemingly voodoed into liking him for his overrated marxists’ ineffective, uninspiring and merciless-integrity and the passion to see everyone is ground-leveled to a poor Talaka status, of course, with the exception of gun wielding military spoil brats who are passionately disrespectful to civilian democratic rules (reference: Shagari/Buhari deeply rooted saga of insubordination). And could this informed why we are having a rising population of gun wielding criminals to march the president state of mind. We can vividly, see this trait even today, in the way PMB is so scared or reserved in firing the Army chiefs whose performances were rated by their fellow military Boss and now the C-in-C, as “not good enough”, yet they are retained, and for what mission? Only God knows! And may He guide us and save us from all forms of evil.
So by all reasonable criteria: be it religious, contemporary, civil, political etc, PMB vs Waziri – Waziri is comparatively, a better shepherd leader who had no signs of a “curse” on him, but blessings, compassionate leadership personality with a blissful midas touch on almost everything he laid his blessed hands on. And this is not a mere praise singing but verifiable facts for people with an iota of intellect to see in the life of Wazirin Adamawa.
No one paid me a dime to campaign agaisnt the failures of GEJ regime in the past, and no one has the money to pay me, to campaign against another group of failure. Our lives should be driven on principle of common interest in good governance that yield common good to all citizens in a sustainable manner.
And what good can the Nigerian citizens, particularly, #yanArewa, get from a government or a ruler, when their basic fundamental rights cannot be guaranteed, their lives and properties can not be safe and secured from group of ragtag criminals terrorising citizens almost daily?
Indeed Nigerians had in 2019 presidential election wasted their votes, including this writer. And huge public resources were wasted by $INEC to rig the election in favour of APC – the ruling party whose cup of iniquities seems to had filled up to the brim – signifying its end is nearer. This catastrophy of voting and or allowing PMB agents to rig him unto power in 2019 was quite avoidable, especially, when we had learned our lessons much earlier. And yes God Almighty gives power to whom he wish and He does that for reasons. And one of the reasons could be to teach us lessons, perhaps including the ones we had expounded in this expanded comments, perchance we would become better people at praying and chosing shepherd leadership in the future.
