No wonder the Governor of Adamawa state,Senator Muhammad Umaru Jibrilla Bindow is succeeding. Its because of the careful selection of his cabinet members who have being his back bone and arrow head of the great turn around of developmental achievements in the state.

Honourable Alhassan Umar Pakka, the commissioner of Rural Infrastructure and community Development is indisputable an elder statesman whose idea and wisdom in contributing to the development of the state has christened him to be a father and initiator for progress.

In the then Gondola state, Umar for the The past twenty three years was a member of house of representatives in the second republic, who represented the people of Maiha Local Government. His political prowess shined well where he was elected in the floor of the House as a chief whip of the legislators.

It’s not a surprise the Governor has repine in chosen him as one of the captains to spear head a grass root ministry because of his records of political attainment.

Though wan in age but his dozens and wealth of experience has no way decrease in value or worth, he was considered an assets to the nation especially Adamawa state.

Umar is also known to be repugnant to corruption a creed that makes him a no nonsense Man in the eyes of many Nigerians.

Call him a Man with a pool of wisdom, astute in making good decisions in helping the present administration to propel the state to an enviable stage. It’s in record settled for Governor Bindow supporting his political ambition when he was justling to be a Senator of the Federal republic of Nigeria.

Against all odds he worked for Bindow to become the Governor of the State and still adamant to be supporting him to succeed in his administration.

Alhassan becomes a relying point to his fellow honourable colleagues in other to tap from his database of wisdom and knowledge.

The former Chief whip is indeed a bridge builder, a patriotic Nigerian and indeed a lover of Adamawa people to have humbled,and yet contribute his experience in reviving the stagnant nature of the state in terms of infrastructural and human development.

  1. You are right, Alhaji Hassan Umaru is my elder brother, He has passion for work and he loves his work. In fact there is no two ways about, hard work, a grass root politician with lots of followers within and out side Maiha local government.
