In a statement, Arigbabuwo called on state governors to ensure that non-indigenes are included in the distribution of palliatives in their respective states.

He emphasized that non-indigenes are being completely sidelined in the scheme, stating, “If we are truly one Nigeria, we deserve fair justice and equal entitlement.” Arigbabuwo appealed to the President, National Assembly, and others to consider the plight of non-indigenes who do not benefit from the palliatives in most states.
