Panti: LCCN Archbishop commiserates with Yola victims of fire disaster

The Archbishop of Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN),Most Rev Musa Filibus Panti, PhD,CFR has commiserated with the Tuesday fire disaster that destroyed goods Worth million of Naira.

Showing his heart of sympathy to the fire incident, the Church leader worried with profound sadness and is extending his deepest sympathies to all those impacted by the devastating fire accident that occurred at the Yola Town Market on Monday, April 15th, 2024.

He said the loss experienced is truly significant, with numerous shops consumed by the blaze, resulting in the destruction of property.

” It is particularly disheartening as this incident occurs amidst the challenges of economic hardship faced by our beloved country.

“During this difficult time, we send our condolences to the victims of this tragedy, their families, and the Adamawa State government.

“I am grateful to hear that the Adamawa State government has already visited the scene, and I pray that together with non-governmental organizations and civil society organizations, steps are taken to support and help the victims of this fire accident to rebuild their businesses and their lives.” Panti said
