Adamawa-born and breed politician who is an international businesswoman, Ambassador Hon Patricia Seubittere Yakubu has represented the Queen of England and delivered her message at the 2022 commonwealth day in Abuja.
The Commonwealth Society of Nigeria in their 2022 plans of the conference, inter tertiary school debating championship has invited Yakubu to convey the message of the Queen on a theme:” delivering a common future.”
The Queen’s message as read by Patricia reiterated her commitment to service and the promise she made in 1947 that her life will always be devoted to service.
While addressing a mammoth crowd converged today at the Merit House, Maitama, Mrs. Yakubu read the Queen of England’s message to have said it’s rewarding to observe a modern, vibrant, and connected commonwealth that is combined wealth of history and tradition with the great social, cultural and technological advances of our time. That the Commonwealth stands ever taller is a credit to all those that have been involved.
Patricia, the strongest voice in the political space of Adamawa have the honor to say that Queen Elizabeth in her 2022 reminded Nigerians that:
“We are nourished and sustained by our relationship and, throughout my life, I have enjoyed the privilege of hearing what the relationship built across the great reach and diversity of the Commonwealth have meant to people and communities.
