The highly anticipated 2025 Annual Colloquium of the Haske Satumari Foundation commenced today at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja, drawing a distinguished gathering of dignitaries, thought leaders, and advocates for social change.

The event, themed “Promoting Social Change and Development through Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice,” promises to spark critical conversations on leadership and governance in Africa.

Also present are Senator Amos Yohanna who is representing the Chief Host, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State and Hon. Dauda Zakariya, both hailing from Adamawa State, alongside other influential leaders from across Nigeria and beyond.

The colloquium, organized by the Haske Satumari Foundation, founded by Hon. Kudla Satumari, aims to address pressing issues facing the continent, with a focus on fostering inclusive and equitable leadership.

This year’s keynote address will be delivered by Kenyan Senator Crystal Asige, a renowned advocate for diversity and inclusion, who has already garnered attention for her calls to amend Nigeria’s constitution to ensure parliamentary representation for People with Disabilities (PWDs).
