Pilgrimage: Nigeria must get it right in ’23 election, Cross River speaker prays in Jordan

Prayers of greatness and economy vibrancy were offered on behalf of Nigeria and Nigerians by the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Jonah Williams .

Jonah while at Jacob’s River where it was believed that Jacob had encounter with God 40 kilometers North East of Amman, Jordan capital that Nigeria has all it takes to be great .

According to him the Holy pilgrimage had given him the opportunity to pray that Nigeria must get it right in 2023.

His prayers of intervention for the country along side many pilgrims from the states of Cross River, Ebonyi and Ondo was centered on the country’s 2023 general elections for better leaders to emerged.

“As a Christian and from a Christians state we need God intervention in our dear country most especially that the 2023 general elections draws nearer.” Williams said

Jonah who is aspiring to be a senator under the All Progressives Congress Party, APC, said his personal prayers is for God to give him at the polls, to give his party the total victory for Nigerian president to emerge.

Another Pilgrims, Prophet Alfred Shittu Awise-Jesu of the Right Hand of God Miracle Ministry, aka, Ni Oruko Jesu while at Jacob’s River also prayed that Righteousness should be the emblem of Nigeria.

The holy prophet prayed that Jacob had encountered with God, Nigeria will encounter God before the 2023 election and beyond.

Our correspondent who is reporting from Jordan observed that the Pilgrims are passionate to see God doing a new thing in Nigeria after 2023 elections.
