He made this statement at the 2025 Executive Retreat for government appointees and officials, which took place at Miango in Bassa Local Government Area. The governor urged his appointees to work together, putting the progress of society above personal interests, and to make a difference in their respective positions, regardless of how short their tenure may be.
He also stressed the importance of loyalty, not just to him, but to God and the people they serve. Governor Mutfwang expressed his desire to see his appointees work unsupervised, giving their best to provide solutions to the problems faced by the people of Plateau State, who are suffering, dying, and living in poverty. He reminded them that they have been entrusted with the responsibility to make a difference and that time is of the essence.
