Operatives of Nigerian Police and Department of State Service, DSS, on Wednesday dominated the National Secretariat of All Progressives Congress located in Abuja.
TgNews gathered that their presence was purposely to forestall likely breakdown of law and order which may ensue from some members who had vowed to protest at the party secretariat.
Itt was gathered that some aggrieved members of the party had planned to protest at the secretariat and register their plights over the last conducted ward, local government and state congresses of the party.
As at the time of filing this story, the police operatives at the location were more than 20 with DSS officials who were on standby to prevent violence.
