Spokesman of Adamawa police command, DSP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje said the command through its detectives attached to Numan Division have nabbed a notorious car snatcher
Yahaya signed a press statement and issued it to media men in Yola, Saturday revealed that the command while revamping the security architecture ahead of Yuletide in the state apprehended a 26years old Nasir Babale, a resident of Guyuk Local government, Adamawa state.
“The notorious Suspect confessed to having stolen the vehicle somewhere in Jimeta, the state capital of Adamawa state before he was apprehended while trying to smuggle the stolen vehicle out of the state to Taraba State.
“The commissioner of police CP OLUGBENGA ADEYANJU, FDC applauded the effort of the policemen, Cautioned people to be security-conscious and assured members of the general public that much is done to protect lives and properties in this festive periods.
*The command equally calls on people to report any suspicious person or group around their neighborhoods to the nearest Police Division or report same through any of the Police Command Control/Emergency numbers::
