President Muhammadu Buhari through his spokesperson, Garba Shehu has ordered Dr Ismaila Nuhu Maksha and other seven newly appointed board members of the North East Development Commission (NEDC) to resume work without senate approval.
TG NEWS can report that President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the resumption of the new board of the NEDC without the Senate approval following the expiration of the tenure of the former Board members on May 7, 2023.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Umar Abubakar Hashidu, Dr Maksha and other board members were directed to resume immediately.
