Despite his absence due to professional commitments in Kigali, Rwanda, Pharm. Jesse Chidama Garkuwan Dugwaba expressed his profound gratitude and humility as the chief launcher of the Heba orthography and first official document.

In a heartfelt message, Pharm. Dugwaba reflected on his journey from humble beginnings in Garaha village to being recognized by his community with this significant honor. He emphasized the orthography’s significance in representing Heba’s collective heritage, culture, and resilience.
“This achievement belongs to us all,” he stated, thanking the community’s elders for their wisdom, youth for their enthusiasm, and every Heba member for their unwavering support.
