Ramadan: Sen Bindow host his primary school mates in Mubi, pray for the unity and peace of Nigeria

The former Governor of Adamawa State, Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow has been receiving visitors in his country home of Mubi, where he decided to observe the 2021 Ramadan fast.

The immediate past Governor was elated on his day two fast and hosted his primary school mates numbering thirty nine and had a nice time where they both prayed for the peace and Unity of the nation.

Former aide to the Governor on Youth and social mobilisation, Alhaji Bala Usman told our correspondent that their visit was more of get together and recalled their good old days.

“They all told of one story or the other that put them into funny experience, crack jokes and in the lighter mode called themselves nicknames they use to address themselves.

” It was a moment of joy to the Governor and his mates to reunite and discuss mutual issues concerning the state and the country.” Bala said

According to Bala the meeting brought about reunion and unity of purpose where the former Governor charged them to spend the rest of their life for humanity sake.

He revealed that Bindow urged also urged them to seize the opportunity in this year’s fasting period to pray earnestly for the peace, Unity and progress of Nigeria.

“The visit to Senator Bindow by his primary school mate was hilarious haven spent hours ruminating and recollecting their childish life in the 70s where love is seen in any relationship.

” They prayed for my Boss and wish him well in his political and business endeavors.” He added

Bala further said one of his mate Muhammed Lawan, popularly known as Babangida revealed that since they were young the former Governor was a unique young man, his star was glaring that he will certainly be a great Man.
