The House of Representatives (HoR) Lawmaker, who is representing Yola South, Yola North, and Girei federal constituency area of Adamawa State, Honorable Abubakar Babazango (Abaza), has distributed hundreds of fertilizer bags to his constituents.
Abaza gave the fertilizer to cushion the effects of the harsh economy and to utilize it for the 2024 rainy season, which is full of farming activities.
The distribution event took place today at Jokem was busy to have people thronging to receive the fertilizer.
Some All Progressives Congress (APC) Stakeholders of the constituency witnessed the distribution and praised Abaza for his thoughtful sight to empower his people.
Ibrahim Baba Jimeta, one of the APC and an aide to Honorable Abaza, said the federal Lawmaker is fulfilling some of his campaign promises of giving quality representation to everyone.
He said the fertilizer empowerment is one of the tip of the iceberg that other programs are on the way to support the people in the area of Education, Skills acquisitions, and business endeavors, especially women and Youths in the area.
He revealed that Abaza is making deliberate Laws and Bills including motions that will directly benefit the constituency in great major.
