Lawmaker representing Gombi/ Hong Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives,Rt. Hon.( Dr.) Yusuf Buba Yakub, has said that all available realities indicate that the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC,has become not only a pan- Nigeria political platform, but the fastest- growing Political Party in Sub- Saharan Africa.

He said the growing urge and anxiety to be part of the Party across all the six Geo-political Zones of the country were all pointers to the level of support and patronage the Party enjoys across all religious, ethnic and social divides. This,he said, could only have come as a result of the confidence the people repose in the Buhari Administration.

Buba, who spoke to enthusiastic supporters , Wednesday, after the revalidation of his membership of the APC at Garaha Ward in Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State, praised the commitment to Party progress and visionary leadership by the current leaders of the Party at all levels . He called on the people to collectively support the ongoing Registration/ Revalidation of Party Membership exercise ,while also enjoining them to ensure that all those who identified with their brand of politics, which is that of promise- keeping and development, got registered into the Party to enjoy all inherent rights and privileges as bonafide members.

The former entrepreneur and Chairman, Committee on Foreign Affairs,House of Representatives also thanked all the members of the Party in Adamawa State and used the opportunity to sue for closing of ranks among any counter interests, stressing that the business of the moment calls for unity of purpose and maximisation of efforts by all Party stakeholders in Adamawa State where the Party is currently in the opposition.

The Adamawa- born politician also used the opportunity of the home visit to identify with some of his Constituents, who had suffered one ill- fate or another. Among the places he visited were the family of late Baba Javan in Hong, who had lost their partriach and that of Alhaj I Hussaini Farin Kada, whose beloved wife recently passed on during child- delivery. While sympathizing with the different families, the lawmaker, who described the death as a painful separation, prayed Allah ( SWT) for the peaceful repose of the souls that have gone before us and for the strength for the bereaved to bear their loss.

Among those who accompanied the lawmaker to the various places he visited were members of the Hon. Capt. Buba Support Groups;the Hon. Yusuf Capt.Buba Campaign Directorates at the different Council Areas and Wards and some Party functionaries. Others include the former Council Chairman, Hong Local Government Area,Hon. Ibrahim Gayus Buba; the Special Assistant to the Rt.Hon. Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives,Alh.Dahiru Adamu and the Director of Operations at the Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub Constituency Office, Hon.Dauda Kushu, among many others.
