The lawmaker representing the good people of Mubi North, Mubi South, and Maiha Federal Constituency, Hon Jafar Abubakar Magaji has organized a unity football competition to enhance peaceful co-existence among the Youth of the area.
The Jafar Haske Football Competition according to one of the officials, Rabiu Danjuma said the event was one of its kind since the creation of the federal Constituency.
The final competition which was held at Adamawa State University, Mubi Sports Center was graced by many football Stakeholders and prominent members of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the zone.
Jafar honored the final competition and charged the Youth to be the vanguard of peaceful co-existence any day any time.
He gave scholarships and awarded the best winners with trophies and cash, promising them better representation that would be oriented.
According to him his plan for giving purposeful representation to the people of Mubi South, Mubi North, and Maiha is much, and vowed to Create Bills that will better their lives.
He said his bill for the creation of a school of nursing and midwifery Maiha will soon pass into law and many more are on the way that will change the course of the area.
