The immediate past Secretary to the Government of Adamawa State, Dr Umar Buba Bindir has mourned the death of Mallam Salihu Ahmadu Umaru, an elder Statesman who is blood-related to Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser, NSA.
Bindir in a statement sympathized with Mallam Nuhu Ribadu and the immediate family of Salihu for God to give them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Dr Bindir gave words of consolation to the people of Yola and the Ribadu’s family members to take solace in God as the giver of life and take at Will whenever He so desires.
The former SSG prayed for the soul of Salihu to rest well and find a good abode in Aljannatur Firdausi.
“I pray for the reposed soul of our Elder Brother to find a better place in Aljannatur Firdausi, a paradise of eternal rest, and to the family, I send my words of comfort and peace to permeate each and every one of them.
“Especially the NSA who happened to be his immediate Younger Brother and always close to each other as friends.” Binder Said
