Senator Binani Aisha Dahiru Ahmed Binani has called on victims of Monday’s fire disaster which occurred around Mai Doki roundabout in Jimeta, Adamawa state to consider the disaster as an act of God.
Binani noted that the victims are people who are pursuing their legitimate businesses in order to bring food on the table for their families.
According to Press Release from her Media office, the senator prayed Allah to replenish the loss amounting to millions of naira.
The statement read in part: I felt sadden when I got the news of Tanker explosion that occurred at MaiDoki roundabout near PZ along Yola International Airport where properties including vehicles were burnt in the inferno.”
“It is my fervent prayer that such calamity will not befall anyone any part of Adamawa and Nigeria as a whole, and we were grateful to Almighty Allah that no life was lost in the incident.”
Senator Binani, then urged the people to continue to pray for peace and stability in the country.
