The Senator representing the good people of Adamawa Central Senatorial at the upper chamber of the national assembly, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani (Gimbiyar Adamawa) has condemned the recent attack on the Kwapre community of Garaha ward in Hong local government area Adamawa state, describing it as an act of cowardice on the peace-loving people of Hong, Adamawa Central and Adamawa state at large.
In a statement signed and released by the Senator through Her media team, Senator Binani sympathized with all those who lost their loved ones or properties including Farms and Houses in the attack.
“I call on the people of aware and other neighboring communities to remain calm and be vigilant in this trying moment, I also extend my condolences to the families of those who lost their loved ones during the attack, I also commiserate with those who lost their valued properties including homes and farms”.
The Senator calls on security agencies to ensure the kwapre community, Hong local government, and all the twenty-one (21) local governments in Adamawa state are protected from any further attacks.
Senator Binani prayed for the speedy recovery of those who suffered injuries during the attack and also expressed hope that those abducted would be rescued and reunited with their families.
