Sen Bindow mourns as Former Customs CG passes on today

Adamawa has thrown into a mourning state as the Wednesday was described
a black one by Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow as a result of the passing away of Alhaji Hamman Bello Ahmed (Kojoli), OFR, Former Nigerian Customs Services (NCS) comptroller General (CG).

The immediate past Governor of Adamawa State in a statement made available to our Correspondent Described the death of Ahmed as a great loss to the entire country, especially Adamawa state has been enjoying his philanthropic lifestyle and wise council.

According to him Ahmed’s death has shocked him been the fact that he has a close relationship with him while alive.

“This is a dead one too many, I lost a confidant, he always call to advise on how to move our dear state forward while I was a seating governor.

” We maintain this relationship up to his sickbed, I was in talking checking upon him at the hospital. He was a man who want to see Adamawa and Nigeria move forward. What a great loss.” Bindow mourned.

While condoling the people of Adamawa State, he prayed for the soul of the former CG to have the best place in Aljannatur Fidausi because he lived for God and humanity throughout his life.

“My heart touched prayers of condolences to his immediate family at this time of bereavement for God to console them all,” Bindow said
