Yobe – Former Senator and PDP Chieftain in Yobe state Mohammed Hassan (Dambu), has defected from the PDP and joins APC.
In a press statement signed by Mamman Mohammed, Director General Press and Media Affairs to Governor Mai Mala Buni said that Senator Dambu made a formal defection in Abuja and was received by Yobe State Governor and Chairman APC Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, Hon. Mai Mala Buni.
“The defection of Sen. Dambu was witnessed by the President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, Sen. Ibrahim Bomoi, the Minister of Power Engr. Abubakar D. Aliyu and the state APC Chairman Alhaji Muhammadu Gadaka”.
