Senegal President Faye visit Tinubu in State House

President Bassirou Diomaye Faye of Senegal, on Thursday visited President Bola Tinubu in State House, Abuja.

The President was accompanied by key members of his administration who were present to welcome the Senegalese leader to the capital city.

Faye, who assumed office as the President of Senegal in April, is currently on an official visit to Abuja.

Tinubu attended Faye’s inauguration ceremony in April when he was sworn in as Senegal’s youngest president. Faye secured a first-round victory following his release from prison, promising significant reforms.

At 44 years old, Faye lacks prior experience in elected positions, yet his inauguration ceremony in the new town of Diamniadio near Dakar drew the attendance of several African leaders.
