Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Barr Boss Mustapha Gidahyel has today honored the wedding Solemnization of Miss Alice Shadrach Hanawa and Tochukwu Tony Nwachukwu in Abuja.
Boss alongside his wife graced the occasion at Help from above Healing and Deliverance Ministry, Wuye Abuja, a wedding that symbolizes the unity and diversity of Hoba (Kilba) and Igbo cross-cultural heritage.
Officiating Minister, Pastor Godwin Ube while delivering his sermon titled Marital responsibility drew the attention of the Bride and Groom to understand that Marriage is God’s mission on earth.
Pastor Ube Charged the newest couple to invest in the marriage through prudent action to draw down God’s blessings in their home.
He prayed that God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit rest upon them, and he declared God’s blessings and favors to be their portion throughout their marriage life.
According to him, Marriage is designed to bring the glory of God down, and they can not afford to miss the opportunity of having God in their home as It is the major mission of God.
The wedding at the reception venue was colored with other prominent Hoba people and other sons and Daughters of Adamawa State.
Former Adamawa Acting Governor and Speaker of the state Assembly who is currently Member Elect to represent Gombi/Hong federal constituency, Rt Hon James Barka, Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Aliyu Idi Hong, Adamawa former Chief Judge, Justice Nathan Musa, Chief Sunday Moniedafe Jagaban Jimeta, the All Progressives Congress Secretary of Adamawa, Dr Raymond Chidama, Mr Nat Yaduma and Commodore Sam Ngatuwa were fully on ground to celebrate with Alice and Tony.
The the cross cultural wedding has brought together the two families in unity of an ideal Nigeria where Love and Peace shall reign with Dr Habert Rufus Hanawa of Taraba state University, and Barr Chafari Shadrach Hanawa (DG WAGPA) as respectively Father and Mother of the day.
Other Family Members are Mindiya Shedrach, Irene Shedrach, Hyelcharda Shedrach, Helda B Ati, Falama B Ati, Yusuf Thompson, Snabiji Thompson, Mrs Judith Ngyamanu Shedrach.
