Mr. Synergy Media group has disbursed a total sum of twelve million naira five hundred thousand (12,500,000) to 250 Adamawa widows.
The frontline support group yesterday officially commenced the disbursement of what the leader of the group, Comrade Musa Usman Terrang described as a small-scale business start-up grant for 250 widows drawn across the 21 Local Government Areas of Adamawa State.
During the distribution ceremony, Musa gave scores of thanks to the SGF, Boss Mustapha for facilitating the disbursement which he emphatically said was to enable the widows to build a small business they can always fall back on to support themselves and their families.
Musa revealed that the group on behalf of Mustapha had 3 weeks ago earlier distributed clothes, bags of maize, and cash to help the widows on the occasion of the 66th birthday ceremony of Boss Mustapha.
Hon. Attah Mustapha who represented the SGF called on the widows to strictly utilize the money for small businesses that will boost their daily income within the communities they are living.
He cautioned them never to be reckless with the contributory funds because it is what will change their entire life if they utilize them well.
Also in attendance to witness the disbursement is the State Acting Chairman of the All Progressives Congress who was represented by the public relations officer, Muhammed Abdullahi.
He emphasized how SGF Boss Mustapha has been a pillar of support to the party and the people of Adamawa State by coming home and participating actively in programs and activities that benefit the people despite schedules and tasking assignments attached to his office.
While thanking the SGF and Mr. Synergy Media Group for making the party proud in the State, he said the activities of APC opposition are no doubt overshadowing the government of the day and they certainly take power come 2023.
Amina Audu and Rebecca Boniface on behalf of the widows thanked Boss Mustapha for remembering them when they needed help the most.
They prayed for God to keep upholding the SGF and to grant him more success in all his endeavors.
The event was well attended by friends, well-wishers, and associates of the SGF which includes, Hon. Abdulmumini Song, Alhaji Gambo Nakura, Comrade Comfort Ezra, Gloria Mackson, Alhaji Ahmed Lawan, Alhaji Husseini Har, and a host of others.
