The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Barr. Boss Mustapha through his Advocacy Media Group, the Mr. Synergy Media extends his greetings, prayers and best wishes to the entire Muslim Umma across the country.
The SGF, while felicitating with the entire Muslim faithfuls on the occasion of the commencement of this year’s Ramadan fast, noted that Ramadan is a sacred period for worship that requires high commitment and serious dedication to Allah SWT.
He further enjoins Muslim Umma to strictly adhere to the tenets of Ramadan by abstaining from eating, drinking, sexual intercourse and other prohibitions worthy of affecting Fasting as contained in the Holy Qur’an and Hadith.
In his remark, the SGF, admonished Muslim faithfuls to take full advantage of this Holy month to pray for our country – Nigeria for sustainable peace and development.
The Synergy Media further reported that the SGF said, this is the right time for deep reflection and service to humanity.
Boss through his media strategy group (Mr. Synergy Media) in a statement Emphasized that the lessons, significance, and benefits of Ramadan, is huge and worth taking full advantage of it; by utilising every bit of the period, which comes once a year.
He said, while we renew our spiritual connection with Allah SWT, May He accept all your acts of sacrifice and ibadat during this time and beyond – Amin.
