The Southern Kaduna Journalists’ Forum (SKJF) has warmly commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Ms. Lydia Kalat Musa as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Oil and Gas Free Zones Authority (OGFZA), calling it a landmark move toward inclusive development.
In a statement released today, SKJF described the appointment as a significant step toward equitable representation, particularly for Southern Kaduna and other historically marginalized regions. The Forum hailed President Tinubu’s decision as a reflection of his commitment to national integration and the Renewed Hope Agenda. Ms. Musa, a native of Kaduna State, is celebrated for her expertise in public administration and policy leadership within the oil and gas sector.
The SKJF praised her as a competent and visionary professional whose sharp intellect and sound judgment position her to drive OGFZA’s mandate of attracting investment, boosting operational efficiency, and accelerating the growth of Nigeria’s oil and gas free zones.
