Speaker Abel congratulates Gov Darius of Taraba over appeal court judgment

Speaker of Taraba state House of AssemblyRt Hon Abel Peter Diah congratulated the Executive Governor of the state,Arch Darius Ishaku for another victory at the appeal court in Abuja

The Appeal court in Abuja Monday upheld the judgment of the Tribunal court where it dismissed the petition challenging the victory of Governor Darius during the March 9, 2019 gubernatorial election.

The five-Man panel of the court led by Justice C N Yea dismissed the appeal by the All Progressives Congress .

Speaker is confidence that the voice of Taraba are sacred that cannot be decided otherwise at any where because they truly voted for Darius.

While celebrating the victory at the upper court,he said the people of Taraba should be ready for greater responsible will be release by Government of the state for their long standing support.
