The renew hope of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has undoubtedly surfaced itself to the people of Piwoyi, a superb community of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja through the office of the senior special assistant (SSA) to the President on Humanitarian and poverty alleviation affairs, Hon Delu Yakubu.
Honorable Delu in the the company of the Minister of Education, Honourable Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Security Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi despite their tight schedules visited the community and witnessing the distribution of food and nonfood items, free medical services and scholarships to hundreds of people.
Honourable Delu said the efforts are in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of a rekindled hope for a better administration for the people of Nigeria.
Delu in a special appreciation thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for allowing her to work for the nation.
She vowed to serve the country with a sense of commitment and reassured President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of working hard to protect the confidence reposed on her by his administration.
The senior assistant also extended her gratitude to Prof. Tahir Mamman SAN, Sen. Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, the Permanent Secretary – Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Alh. Ahmed Tijjani Aliyu and Federal Commissioner, National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons, Dr. Maurice Mbaeri.
Also in her vote of thanks, Delu appreciated the Representative of the SGF, Engr Anjor Obande, National home-grown school feeding manager in Nigeria, Hon. Obika Chinedu, House of Representatives Member for AMAC/Bwari Constituency, Dr. Aisha Achimugu, founder Sam foundation, Ambassador Fatima Goni and founder Grassroots mobilization for better Nigerian initiative.
She revealed that the event is a national one that will tour other states shortly of North East Nigeria.
