SSA on Humanitarian Affairs Mourns Late Lami Lau, NCWS National President

The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Hon Delu Bulus has mourned the death of Lami Adamu Lau, the National President, of the National Council of Women Society (NCWS).

Lami who is a renowned national Figure and held from Taraba State, North East Nigeria, Delu eulogies her prowess in reawakening Women’s confidence in nation-building.

According to Delu Lami before her growing fame in the national limelight, she spent a good part of her life in Adamawa as a Teacher and school administrator. A good life she lived that catapulted her to current status.

She said Mrs Lau has been one of the Nigerian women who stood for justice and the rights of women everywhere she goes whenever women’s issues are concerned.

She prayed to God to grant her eternal rest in Paradise and made Aljannatur Firdausi a place of her everlasting peace with Allah’s blessings.
