Honorable Suleiman Yahaya (Sudi), the immediate past Chairman of Mubi North received accolades commendation by the people of Mubi North Local Government Area of Adamawa state.
The electorates said well of Sudi when he has formally declared his intention to run for the second term in the office of the Chairman of Mubi North.
The last weekend declaration witnessed thousands of people hailing the former chairman, chanting a welcome back and continuity of his people-orientated leadership.
Yahaya who is seeking reelection under the People’s Democratic Party in his formal declaration speech vowed to build on his laudable projects in and around Mubi North, its environs.
Alhaji Adamu Sabon Layi our correspondent interviewed said Sudi does not need any campaign again because his works are campaigning for him.
According to him, the people of Mubi North have decided their votes for him and no one else will take the place of Sudi in exchange for their votes.
The erstwhile Chairman reminded them that the Executive Governor of Adamawa, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri is focused on working for the people of the state, and under him, the state is undergoing a lot of transformation that has never been done.
He, therefore, said it’s on this premise that he cannot afford to fail the people of Mubi, he must follow suit, stepping on the leadership and strides of development like Governor Fintiri, his political role model to the people of Mubi North.
He promised them another version of development in Mubi North if his mandate is being considered again by the people.
