Suspected Kidnapper Arrested in Kaduna Community

Security operatives have arrested a 45-year-old suspected kidnapper, Mr. Husaini Jibrin, in Kamuru Village, Zangon Kataf Local Government Area.

The arrest was made during an intelligence-led operation carried out in collaboration with members of the Civilian Joint Task Force from Laduga Village. The operation, which took place around 12:03 am without any resistance, followed credible intelligence linking the suspect to a recent kidnapping incident in Angwan Ali, Kamuru Chiefdom, where one victim reportedly lost his life.

According to security sources, the suspect hails from Ungwan Bala Village in Kachia Local Government Area. Items recovered from him include ₦10,000 in cash and a Techno keypad mobile phone.

Mr. Jibrin is currently in custody and is undergoing interrogation in connection with the kidnapping case. Further investigation is ongoing.
