Adamawa State Governor, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has charged his new council members to double their performance in delivering the government-christened 8-point agenda.
Ahmadu Durian’s swearing-in ceremony of the twenty-five commissioners appointed to work with him in making sure Adamawa People get the best out of them.
He however warned the newly sworn-in commissioner thar he will not hesitate to remove anyone who is found wanting or is performing below what is being required of him to the people of Adamawa state.
Governor Ahmadu said his last four years whose mandate was on his 11-point agenda have performed appreciably better and wants council and executive members to redouble their efforts on good service delivery to the people of the State.
He reminded the new commissioners his stewardship to the people of Adamawa state has attracted many commendation from prominent people of Adamawa state and around the world.
Fintiri expected the collective effort of the new and old commissioned to work hard knowing the fact that the state and the country are going through h turbulent moment
He warnd them to echewed corruption and corruption tendencies as their call to service to the state is not a call to riches.
He vowed that any commissioner caught in the very act of corruption he will be severely dealt with.
