The Youth Leader (Sarkin Matasa) under the Emirate of Lamido Adama traditional council in Adamawa State,Barr Aliyu Wakili Boya called on Youths in the state to respects elders, especially leaders with constitutional authority.
Boya in his social media handles describe the recent debacles of unruly Facebook posts of some Adamawa Youths in exchange of attacks against notable leaders is highly unwarranted.
According to him his reasons for bringing this issue is to call the attention of the youths in the state to please differentiate between constructive criticism and biases.
“I want to use this medium to appreciate my brother and friend Senator Cliff Ishaku Abbo for his maturity and show of humility,gentleness and self-control over the issue of his Brother Nurudden Kama.

To my fellow youths Brothers and sisters
Naturally, it is always easier to observe error faults, condemn and criticize other persons’ or groups’ actions or performances and point of views.
“Criticism, however could either be objective (constructive) or subjective (baize) base on the critic’s perceptions, knowledge, experience, attitude, frame of mind, allegiance and the likes.” He said
Boya who is also the Sardaunan Malabu continue to say that constructive criticism aims at highlighting the acclaim wrongs and at the same time proffers valuable ideas toward correcting and improving the given situation.
“Unfortunately reverse is the case when it comes to subjective (baize) criticisms.
Constructive Criticism therefore, could be said to mean critical and objective analysis of a given situation and or subject matter at a particular point in time with emphatic recommendations for solutions or ways forward pertaining to a given situation or subject matter.
Surely, constructive criticism is purely a welcome development; its importance can not be over emphasised.”
“Any Communication devoid of constructivism tenets could be considered unhealthy, unprogressive, ineffective counter productive and nullity.
Constructive criticisms, selfless sacrifices, positive or practical contributions or roles, amongst other similar things, are desired solution mechanisms for good governance or improvement.” He added
