The Murder of Adamawa Clergy Man: Gov Fintiri sympathises with the LCCN Church

The Executive Governor of Adamawa State sympathised with the Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN) over the unfortunate incident that led to the abduction and subsequent murder of a clergyman, Pastor Dennis Bagauri at Mayo Belwa LGA.

Governor Fintiri decried the spate of systematic killings perpetrated by men of the underworld in the state but that evil doers will never have any resting place until they are caught.

Governor Fintiri described the late Pastor Bagauri as a clergyman who has been a politician noted for his easy going attributes .

While calling on security agencies to intensify efforts geared towards apprehending the perpetrators, Governor Fintiri also urged the Christian community to pray fervently against insecurity in the State.

Fintiri through his Director
Director General Media and Communications,Mr Solomon Kumangar also calls on the general public to learn to report suspicious behaviours and persons with questionable tendencies. He says any useful information will aid security operatives in solving crime cases.

Government Fintiri further called on the LCCN family to maintain its vigour of preaching peaceful coexistence and harmony in the state while maintaining that criminals have no hiding place anywhere in Adamawa. The Governor vowed that once such evil offenders will be summarily dealt with once they are apprehended.
